Q. How do I can find handicraft products on your site?

A. On the left section of Allpamama's Opening web page is the Product Selection Navigation Tool where you can click on the "Menu" buttons that can assist you to select an Item Category.

Next choose the specific product through the cascading sheet or page until you find the one you are looking for.

If for any reason you still unable to locate what you are looking for, please call us 541 - 741-0120 or email us at customer-service@allpamama.com and we will find a solution and answer as soon as possible.

Q. Once I place an order what happens next?


A. Once you had completed and placed your order, you will receive an email along with details and confirmation of your order.  

We highly suggest to review the official e-mail very carefully and please verify if the items you ordered are correct as well as your Ship To and Bill To information. If correction needs to be made or added, please contact us immediately.

For customers who preferred or choose Express Shipping, and wishes to ship outside the continental USA, we can provide you the shipping rates information.
 

If an item is out of stock or if we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you by email or phone prior to shipment of any product you purchased in our website.


Q. If I don't receive an email confirmation for my order how can I contact you?

A. If you have not receive an email from allpamama.com within 4 hours of placing your order, please call us 541-741-0120, please leave your name, order/confirmation number; or email us at customer-service@allpamam.com.
 
With subject title: confirmation not received.

Then an Allpamama's Customer Care Representative will get back with you as soon as the next available opportunity.


Q. If I need help and not sure on a product that I wish to order, can someone help me?

Q. What happens if I decide to cancel my order before you the products are shipped?

A. If at any point you change your mind, please let us know via e-mail at customer-service@allpamama.com or contact us by phone 1(541)741-0120 as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet or left our facility, we will contact you to verify or confirm the cancellation of your order and refund your payment.

 
If your order has been shipped, you will have to send it back to us when you receive it. Shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

II. PAYMENTS



Q. What form of payment can I use to pay for my order?


A. For your shopping convenience Allpamama accept Visa, Master Card or American Express, PayPal or pay with your Check/Debit Card with a Visa and/or Master card logo on it.

We do not accept Cash or Personal Check over the mail at this time.
 
For your security and product transaction safety, please do not send regular currency.
 
Once we receive and verify your payment an authorized Allpamama Customer Service representative will notify you and will let you know when your purchase will be shipped.

Q. When will Allpamama charge or process my credit my payment?

A.  Allpamama's authorized Customer Service representative will send you a notification via e-mail once we process your order and charge your credit card for the ordered items that are going shipped to your preferred address/location, along with confirmation.

Q.  I want to pay by Money Order or Cashier's check is this possible?

A. For your shopping convenience, you can always place your order online and "pay by check" during checkout.
 
Next, print the confirmation page with your order details and we will send you an e-mail with the instructions as to where to mail it with your payment.


Send or mail a Cashier's Check or Money Order in US Dollars via Western Union or Money Gram International.

*Make sure you include your transaction and/or order number inside the envelope before sending us your payment.

  
We highly suggest that you keep all copies of tracking number and receipts transaction of the cashier's check or money order for your protection and as your personal back-up.

Please contact us immediately and inform us as to when you send it. In this way we can ship your order as soon as we receive your form of payment and to avoid any unnecessary delays in processing your shipment, if the time of delivery is a High Priority.
 
*** Please Note that we will do our best to reserve and verify all mail check orders for a week after the order is placed but can't guarantee the items you want will be available if your payment gets delayed.

  Q. Can I e-mail you my credit card?


A. For your Security and Personal Information Safety we highly recommend to all of our valued customer, that you do not send your credit card number to anyone via email.


E-mails may be easily hacked or intercepted by individuals who are involved with internet criminal activity or piracy.

General Shipping Information



Q. Can I track my order?

A. All orders sent within the continental United States you will receive an email message with the tracking number. For States outside the continental US such as Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories, all ordered items are shipped via Priority Mail.

 

Q. What is the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for my shipment or online order ?

A. One of our main goals is to process your shipment on the same day you placed the order and have your item(s) delivered to you within a day or two. Depending where you are located and on which day and time of the day your order was received, it might take from 2-3 days if you live in the Northwest or 5-7 days if you are in the Mid West or East coast.

Q. Do you process International Orders?


A.  Allpamama can accept international orders -  however, due to international credit card policies and to protect our valued customers from unauthorized charges, we will contact you to verify your order.
 


Note: In accordance to the International Shipping Regulation and Laws that applies, Allpamama LLC reserves the right to ship orders to a select group of countries. We will inform you promptly if we are unable to accept your order.

Shipping rates will depend on the weight of each package and vary according to each country. Any order that will be shipped outside the Unites State, we will calculate the exact shipping charges and inform with the different options available for you as soon as possible. Only after receiving your approval and verify authorization, the next step is to process your order and charge your credit card.

Q. Does Custom Taxes applies or get charge on delivery?


A. Before placing an order with Allpamama please make sure to contact the customs authority of your country and verify with them if there will be any duties for the products you plan to buy. Any applicable duty taxes will be your responsibility.

Q. How soon do I get a response if I send an e-mail to your customer service?


A. Throughout the regular business day our Customer Care Representative routinely checks for all incoming e-mails.  One of our goals is to provide a reliable service through electronic mail communication with our valued customers.

In general, you will get a response in just a few hours (or within 24 to 48 hours - depending on the time zone of where you live).




Q. Do you have a Return or Exchange Policy?


A. As our valued customer we want you to be happy with the quality of our handicraft products, thus we want to provide you a shopping friendly experience.  

 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact or e-mail us immediately to get an Allpamama's Return Material Authorization Form (RMA).

Please follow all the necessary instruction provided to you, this will enable our Return Department Team to process your transaction correctly and efficiently.

Next,return the unused purchased item(s) with its original packaging within 15 days of its arrival for product and credit review. A 20% Stocking Fee (per item) plus shipping cost will be applied to all returned product.
 

Note:   Allpamama will not be responsible for the mishandling or damages done to the product or it's packaging once it leaves our facility and under the care of the shipping company prior its arrival for return or exchange.
